One of our most popular spaces, the Fireplace Room is great for studying alone or in a group, reading a good book, or just catching your breath between classes!
There are 5 study rooms located on the upper level of Quigley and one located on the main floor. These are perfect for working on group presentations or solo, focused study. These rooms are able to be reserved.
During tutoring hours, stop by the Writing Center to get help with a paper and citations. Our tutors are fantastic! Need a quiet place to study? Stop in when the tutors aren't in session!
Located on the upper level, the IVS classroom is a place for hybrid classes to meet to bridge the gap between students across CMC's campuses.
Located on the upper level, Quigley is home to three faculty offices. Current residents are Erin Beaver and Lora Meredith, English Department, and Kevin Hillmer-Pegram, Sustainability Studies.
Quigley has a lot of open seating areas for all users to enjoy! Perfect for solo or small group work, these areas offer comfy couches and chairs, along with tables perfect for resting a backpack or laptop. No reservations needed - first come, first serve for these areas.
Quigley has two study booths. Shown here is the one on the upper level, next to the faculty offices. The second booth is located at the rear of the Writing Center. Both offer cozy, quiet places to work and take Zoom or WebEx classes and meetings.
Quigley offers a beautiful and serene sunken courtyard. Located off of the Fireplace Room, the courtyard offers gorgeous flowers and Aspen trees, a picnic table, and a few benches. Bring your lunch or read a book in this hidden gem!
